PPO PLANS

 

We currently accept all PPO Plans. Dental Insurance is designed to defray the costs of dental care by covering only a portion or percentage of the bill.

The benefits that you will receive are based on the terms of the contract that were negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company and not your dentist office. Keep in mind that the dental insurance companies are not concerned about coverage for optimal care, but provide coverage for a limited number of basic services. Unfortunately, some of the dental services that you may need or want will not be covered by your dental insurance carrier.

 

To make sure that you have an optimal dental treatment for you individual condition, the treatment suggested to you will be based on your dental needs. It will not be dictated by your insurance company and their limited coverage. Due to extreme variations in insurance policy coverage; we encourage our patients to check with their insurance company or employer to determine their specific coverage.

 

Any portion not covered by your dental insurance will be your responsibility. We submit claims to your insurance on your behalf as a courtesy.

If you have any questions or concerns about your particular insurance plan, do not hesitate to contact the office. As a courtesy to our patients we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf, but ultimately the responsibility for payment of the claim belongs to the patients.

 

Our dental office will make every effort to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits.
